Mini Parrilla

Created by the Uruguayans and Argentines, Parrilla is a mobile grill system that can be used to prepare the most varied types of cuts of meat, whether beef, pork, sheep, chicken, among others, in addition to enabling the preparation of vegetables and greens.
In this system, firewood or charcoal are burned separately, preventing the burning of carbon from interfering with the taste of the food, browning the pieces that are being roasted.
The Nelore-01B mini parrilla comes with a base and side trims, it has a side basket for burning wood or charcoal and a spade to spread the ember under the grill.
